The Big Bang Theory is one of the funniest shows I have ever encountered. The main male characters: Sheldon is an OCD statistical genius, who is ignorant to sarcasm and talks like a computer. Leonard, Sheldon’s roommate, who is in love with Penny, the girl across the hall, is a cute, more normal version of a nerd. Raj has been known for his strong issues talking to women, he can only talk to them when he drinks. And that’s kind of cute. Howard is the guy who is enormously fixated with girls but can seem to pick up a lot of them. These guys are all so funny. But they are all brilliant also. They constantly run into situations where their professions and odd personalities leave them at the bottom of the male food chain. This show does a great job of showing nerds in their element. And I just love it.
