‘True Blood’ Season 5 Episode 10 Preview: Bill Drinks of Lilith Again
Bill is seemingly strongly convinced that
Lilith has chosen him to rule the world and he will see her again in the
next episode of “True Blood”. “Drink of me, drink all of me,” Lilith is
heard telling him in a scene from a preview of the upcoming outing,
while at another point he declares himself “the chosen one.”
Meanwhile, Nora tries to convert Eric to
Lilith’s gospel but to no avail. He refuses to accept Lilith even if
Bill warns him that his persistence will lead him to true death. On the
other hand, Russell seeks a higher calling and at the same time he seems
to be angered by someone who defies him.
With vampire-on-human attacks increasing, the
Authority attempts to woo public favor. Bill launches a public-relations
campaign about the rise in vampire violence that’s favorable to the
Authority, but Jessica thinks her maker is going crazy.
Sookie is tired of running and ready to face
off whatever threatening her, while Jason finds a mysterious scroll that
could help explain his family’s history. Elijah, the new vampire
sheriff of Area 5, pushes Pam and Tara to obey a new mandate, as Sam and
Luna search for Emma.
Titled “Gone, Gone,
Gone“, one of the last three episodes in “True Blood” season 5
will air Sunday, August 12 at 9 P.M. ET on HBO.

Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 Episode 3 – Debbie Allen to direct
Debbie Allen is returning to Grey’s Anatomy!
Allen, who portrays Jackson Avery’s (Jesse
Williams) mother Catherine on the ABC medical series, will be directing
the third episode of the upcoming season, TVGuide.com has learned
exclusively.
The ninth season picks up two to three months
after the Stranded Six Five (RIP Lexie!) were rescued after a plane
crash. “You see the aftermath of what happened,” executive producer
Shonda Rhimes recently told us. “You’re left with some questions as to
how this happened and ‘Why is this the way it is?’ and ‘Why is that the
way it is?’”
The second episode will jump back in time to
answer those questions, while the Allen-directed episode will jump back
to the present timeline, which will find some doctors outside of Seattle
Grace with new jobs.
This is Allen’s fifth time stepping behind the
camera on Grey’s Anatomy. There’s no word on whether Catherine Avery,
who was last seen having a fling with Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.)
will also appear in the episode.
Grey’s Anatomy returns
Thursday, Sept. 27 at 9/8c on ABC.
How I Met Your Mother – Season 8 – Thomas Lennon to guest star
EW has learned exclusively that former Reno
911! star Thomas Lennon has been cast as Klaus,
the man who was set to marry Victoria (Ashley
Williams) before she left him at the altar to run away with Ted (Josh
Radnor) in the season
7 finale of How I Met Your
Mother.
When the new season picks up, Victoria and Ted
are driving off into the sunset when Ted learns a terrible truth:
Victoria didn’t leave her abandoned fiancĂ© a note!
“Ted Mosby is one of the only guys who can say
[he's] been left at the altar and been left for at the altar. He’s been
on both sides of a crazy equation,” exec producer Craig Thomas explained
to EW during the Television Critics Association press tour. “But we try
to write even the crazy turns as real as we can, and the real of it is
if you were Ted Mosby you’d say, ‘Victoria, I’m turning this car around.
You’ve got to leave this poor bastard Klaus a note.’”
Since his six years on Reno 911! as Lt. Jim
Dangle, Lennon has appeared in a number of television shows and movies,
including Children’s Hospital, New Girl, and What to Expect When You’re
Expecting.
Lennon’s casting comes on the heels of news
that Joe Manganiello will return to the show for an arc this season,
which kicks off Sept. 24 on CBS.
