Since we are just renting for the place to stay for months or even years, it is our responsibility to pay our landlords or landladies the dues that we are to pay because if you can no longer pay for your rent, then they have no choice but to look for new tenants that can pay them on time. A Landlord is the name we usually call to the owner of a house, apartment, condominium or real estate that we are renting or is for lease. Every time I hear this term, I begin to panic as I always get late in paying all my dues. I never remembered that I have advanced my payment for the next month because of financial problems that usually come unexpected. Oh well, just how life goes. I’m just glad I am still able to cope up with my monthly dues and pay my landlord for the rent.
