What's Coming for 'Chuck' in 2011

Missing Chuck? Having trouble weathering the weeks until the show returns in mid-January? Need a little something to keep you going until our favorite spies head back to the Buy More? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then here are some spoilers about Chuck in 2011.

New episodes of the spy comedy return on January 17 with "Chuck vs. the Balcony." SpoilerTV has posted a very brief synopsis of the episode, indicating that much of the action will take place in France. Chuck and Sarah will be at a vineyard trying to track down a computer chip while desperately attempting some non-lethal romance. It's likely that they won't succeed, but the effort should be entertaining. Meanwhile, Big Mike will be on hand in Burbank to dole out love advice to an unlikely recipient: Lester.

The next espionage outing will be in "Chuck vs. the Gobbler," in which Chuck will re-face a villain named Yuri the Gobbler (played, according to IMDb by football player, Matthew Willig). Yuri previously appeared way back in season 1's "Chuck vs. the Tango."

The 13th episode of season 4 was the final episode originally ordered by NBC and therefore will most likely feature a major event: the birth of Baby Awesome. Entitled "Chuck vs. the Push Mix," we have to wonder if Devon will create an awesome delivery-room music mix for Ellie?

According to IMDb and Chuck, the 14th and 15th episodes of this season will be "Chuck vs. the Seduction Impossible" and "Chuck vs. the Cat Squad," respectively. While the impossible seduction remains a mystery (Could it maybe, possibly be some more of Lester's romance? Please?), the Cat Squad is expected to refer to a Charlie's Angels-esque group of beautiful female operatives.

While there is no word yet on the subject, we can also expect the return of Mary Bartowski and her arms-dealing devotee, Alexei Volkoff. Hopefully, they will be back soon. And often. In the meantime, however, it looks like there is an intriguing 2011 to come for Chuck.
