“Glee”
won’t end its third season until next week, but plans for its upcoming
season 4 have already been shared. Speaking at FOX’s upfront
presentation, entertainment president Kevin Reilly revealed that Sarah
Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson are booked to appear in multi-episode
arcs.
Details of their characters are not available
yet, but it has been revealed that the next season will feature a show
within a show. The musical series will follow Rachel and Kurt as they
attend a performing arts school in New York, while still keeping up with
the New Directions in Lima.
“Glee” season 4 will be moved to Thursday at 9 P.M. after “The X Factor (US)” results show. The third season, meanwhile, will be wrapped up with a graduation for the seniors in the season finale that will air Tuesday, May 22.
Dishing on Finn and Rachel’s relationship by the end of the season, Lea Michele teased, “There’s a turn, one way or another. It’s definitely left with a cliffhanger. There’s a very big cliffhanger for us.” As for Kurt and Blaine, she revealed, “Theirs is resolved one way or another.”
