Disney stars and famous celebrities have flocked to the world premiere of "Hannah Montana: The Movie" on Thursday, April 2. Celebrities from the movie star Miley Cyrus to "Camp Rock" beauty Demi Lovato were spotted at the first special screening event held at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Joining Miley and Demi at the premiere were cast members Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, Jason Earles, Lucas Till, Melora Hardin and Vanessa Williams. Aside from her co-stars, Miley, who was dressed in a navy Alberta Ferretti dress and BCBG leather jacket, was also seen getting some support from her family as father and fellow co-star Billy Ray Cyrus, older sister Brandi Cyrus, and older brother Trace Cyrus were all present.

Country songstress, Taylor Swift, who makes a cameo appearance in the movie, was also seen attending the evening event. Wearing a black beaded Naeem Khan dress, the 19-year-old completed her red carpet look with Swarovski jewels, Christian Louboutin heels and a black Mary Norton clutch.

Another guest star in the movie, country band Rascal Flatts, were also spotted coming to the special screening in addition to "Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher.

Bringing the story of "Hannah Montana" series to the next level, "Hannah Montana: The Movie" will put its attention more on Miley Stewart. When her popularity as Hannah starts to take a toll on her life and her identity as the pop-star persona threatens to take over her life, her father decides to take her home to Crowley Corners, Tennessee for a dose of reality, forcing her to figure out what's really important. The movie will sing its way to U.S. theaters next Friday, April 10.
